The A3 poster used images owned by Bio-Images and employed strong typographic design to get the attention of the viewer. The poster also showed the specifics of the company events as well as a QR code linking to a specific event page on the company website, for more information or to register. A robust e-Invite flyer was designed and deployed via Campaign Monitor using the email contacts held by Bio-Images. The e-Invite was successful in further increasing general awareness of the event.
