This post shows more photography from my visit to Amsterdam during February 2016. On the second last day I pretty much spent the entire time at the Stedelijk museum enjoying a range of different exhibits – the last day before my flight was the Van Gogh Museum, which is just opposite the Stedelijk. There’s no photography from that day as it wasn’t permitted.
These photos show: some classic masters, recent Dutch and some old graphic design, an archive collection by Seth Siegelaub and a challenging aesthetic from Isa Gengken. I hope you like these selected images and that they inspire you to learn more about the artists or visit the Stedelijk Museum and Amsterdam as a city.
